RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
To request a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is delivered to you.
To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to info@sylaatelier.com including your invoice number, order number, and a brief description of your request.
Products to be returned must be sent through our contracted shipping company.

If the product is defective or faulty, shipping costs will be covered by our company.

If the product is not defective, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

Products whose packaging has been opened and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons,

Products that are custom-made or personalized according to the consumer’s preferences or needs,
-
Products whose protective packaging (seal, tape, or wrapping) has been opened after delivery.
For all other products not listed above, you may contact us to request a return or exchange.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you believe that the product you received is defective or faulty, please send an email to info@sylaatelier.com including your invoice number and order number.
Our team will contact you as soon as possible after receiving your message and initiate the resolution process.
For defective product returns, the shipping cost will be covered by our company.
RETURN PROCESS
Once your return request has been approved, the product must be sent to us via the designated shipping company.
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and with tags intact.
After the returned product has been inspected, the refund process will begin.
Your refund will be completed within 7 (seven) business days following the completion of the product inspection.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
You may request a size or model exchange within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date.
Please note:

Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

Products sent without a prior exchange request via email will not be processed.

If you wish to use a courier other than Yurtiçi Kargo, all shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

You can deliver your package to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch, using the customer code provided in your exchange confirmation email.
Please remember to keep your tracking number.
Once the returned product has been received and approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge.
Products that do not meet the exchange conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Exchange requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

The product has been used,

The original tag or security seal has been removed or cut,
-
The product has visible signs of wear, tearing, deformation, or damage,
-
The product has been tried on while wearing strong perfume or staining deodorant,
-
The product is part of a set including promotional or free items, and the entire set is not returned together.
Customers are responsible for the product until it reaches the exchange address.
Syla Atelier is not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost during shipping.
Please ensure your items are well-packaged and shipped via a tracked and insured courier service.
AFTER EXCHANGE APPROVAL
Once the item has been received and inspected, your exchange request will be approved, and your new item will be shipped to you free of charge, depending on stock availability.
Items that do not meet the conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
In that case, you may start the return process after receiving the item.
