Syla Atelier Order, Return & Exchange Policy

Domestic Delivery (Turkey)

We ship products across Turkey using Yurtiçi Kargo courier service.
Delivery is typically completed within 2–3 business days.

International Delivery

We deliver worldwide via DHL Express.
Delivery takes approximately 7–10 business days.

Return Policy

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please note that custom-made dresses in sizes above 40 are non-returnable.

Order & Shipping

At Syla Atelier, all orders are shipped within 2–3 business days following your purchase.
For custom-made items (size 40 and above), the production and dispatch process takes approximately 5 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Return & Exchange Policy

For items purchased from Syla Atelier, you have the right to request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused,

  • Be undamaged, and

  • Arrive complete with original packaging and tags.

Please email your return request to info@sylaatelier.com with your order code and reason for return.

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange once only, within 14 days from the delivery date, for a different size or model.

Exchange Procedure

  1. Send an email to info@sylaatelier.com stating your exchange request and reason.

    • Please include your full name and order code in the email subject line.

  2. After your request is reviewed, you will receive:

    • Exchange confirmation,

    • Return shipping address, and

    • Yurtiçi Kargo customer code information.

  3. Ship the item back to us via Yurtiçi Kargo.

    • Please keep your tracking number for reference.

For shipments made via courier companies other than Yurtiçi Kargo, all shipping fees shall be borne by the customer.
Items sent without prior notification will not be accepted.

Exchange Conditions

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  • Return or exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

    • The item has been used,

    • The tag or security seal has been removed or cut,

    • There is wear, tear, deformation, or damage caused by use,

    • The product was tried on while using strong perfume or staining deodorants,

    • The product is part of a set including promotional or free items, and the entire set is not returned together.

Customers are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit until the item reaches our return or exchange address.
Therefore, we strongly recommend that you package your items carefully and use tracked and insured shipping services.

After Return or Exchange Approval

Once the item has been received and inspected, your return request will be approved or your replacement item will be shipped free of charge.
